DULOXETINE has reaped havioc on me, my 2 doctors dont get it. I asked to wing off, Im it for pain. My new doctor gave me 9 days of 30 mg to wing off 60mgs. He thinks im crazy with my symptoms, teied to give me pysocos meds, put me on Trazodone to sleep to counter act what the DULOXETINE did to my sleep, referred me to a damn pycholist. Im sick and tired of big pharma and doctors ignorance. Hes going to send me into withdrawls again that almost killed me, and put me in hospital for 2 weeks. Now I have to go through it again due to his ignorance. Im done, will live with my pain, and pray I make it through . Im going holistic, I tried before I went to doctor, havent found what I need yet, but will continue. Just ordered K2, and Lions Mane. 🙏

I went into my GP this morning about having all the symptoms of long covid/vaccine injury, with brain fog,fatigue, chest pains, headaches, breathlessness, bad sleep, dizziness and weaknesses and she suggested higher my antidepressants 😮. I mentioned long covid and she looked at me like i was talking about fairy's and unicorns, i asked what suppland vitamins would help, and she blanked me and said, "Just eat healthy and exercise , i cant exercise because even yoga drains me for the rest of the day. So its amazing to listen to these videos and that there is help ,because i felt so on my own this morning after leaving the doctors office.. i felt like she wasn't listening and on my own. That was so informative. Just starting my estrogen patch today and pill form for progesterone not sure if I should take it daily or on again off. I feel like I’m depleted in both hormones right now. I have a sketchy cycle as of now. Hit and miss. Is it okay to start with both and then switch to the on again off to keep a more natural balance?
